Come join the Christensen Institute at the iNACOL Symposium, October 21-24, as we engage in some of the most pertinent topics in education today: equity and personalized learning. Julia Freeland Fisher, director of education research, and Thomas Arnett, senior research fellow will take a deeper dive into their most recent research,  joining experts and attendees in contemplating the transformation of education. Leveraging Innovative Staffing Models to Maximize the Power of Personalized Learning

What: How can schools maximize the benefits of personalized learning? Public Impact and the Christensen Institute recently studied how a number of district, charter, and private schools are using non-traditional staffing and blended learning to achieve noteworthy results for their students. In this design workshop, participants will have an opportunity to learn from this research and develop actionable ideas for staffing models to power personalized learning at their organizations.
