District Description
Salt Lake City School District is the oldest public school district in Utah. It has over 30 schools in its district and employs about 1,300 teachers who instruct about 25,000 students. Its mission is to advocate for all students, provide the highest quality education, and prepare students for a future of opportunities. The district operates five high schools which also includes Innovations Early College High School, a “student centered, personalized education” school that will focus on learning through digital technology.
