About the Institute

The Christensen Institute is a nonprofit, nonpartisan research organization founded on the theories of late Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen. His theories and values continue to guide our research on four markets and fields we’ve identified as having the most potential for positive social impact—so far: education, health care, global prosperity, and emerging industries. Where traditional solutions fall short in these fields, teaching the theory and conducting applied research can bridge chasms between current realities and societal progress.

The Christensen Institute provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws. The Institute complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment. This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leave of absence, compensation, and training.
