The Competitive Workforce Report, an online publication of the Career Colleges Association, featured an interview with Michael B. Horn about opportunities for disruption in education to transform learning. You can read the article here.
In the article, Horn discusses how computers have not had a transformational impact on education to this point, but if introduced disruptively, we might see something different happen. After discussing where areas lie for this disruption to take root, Horn makes the point that technology in fact could help level the playing field and create far more equality in teaching and learning because there would be consistent quality that is scalable.
