Meredith has worked on a number of important education projects, including independent research with Professor Christensen on the disruptive potential of online teacher education. Prior to her work with the Institute, Meredith served as the managing director of the School Turnaround Group at Mass Insight, a research, policy, and consulting organization dedicated to fundamentally transforming the state and local education systems that serve the lowest performing schools in the U.S. She was also a management consultant at Bain and Company and a dean at Codman Academy, a high performing charter high school in Boston, where she now serves on the board. She has consulted for a variety of education organizations, including charter management organizations, non-profits, school districts, and state education agencies.

Meredith earned a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA at the Harvard Business School.
